Hair is real fur. Eyes are made according to original author’s technology, hand-made. Outfit is unremovable, made of hand painted silk. The hat on the head is made of a real acorn. The wings are made of Fimo Gel.

Professor Severus Snape

This is the end of my troublesome process of creation.
Now, grand totals.
Fimo Miniature polymer clay, approx.2 packs.
Hair is Tibetan lamb.
Time spend is three months, including all pauses and breaks such as preparing for New Year and Christmas celebrations and actual celebrations and all the inevitable periods of lounging.
Outfit is hand-made, removable.
The doll is moveable because of 17 boll joints.
Hands are moveable too (14 boll joints in each hand).
Total height of the doll is 50 cm (approx.20 inches)

So, for now, folks, let me introduce to you Severus Tobias Snape, a Potions Master.

Professor

The dissected stage is over, now we have a couple of assembled hands.



I couldn’t resist the temptation to play with the new-made hands, so I’d been composing various sophisticated gestures for several days.





To make an outfit more complete I equipped the professor with a mask.





Just playing with the mask and the hands.







Today I’m posting two final pics of the creation process.
Yesterday all buttons were sewed down and a pair of boots were made of young dermatin’s skin.
I hope to shoot the professor in a full outfit and to present final pics today tonight.
